Based on Knowledge, Experience and Customer Service
Coastal ecosystems are very susceptible to direct human activity such as foot-traffic and human-induced pressures such as grazing by feral pests. Coastcare involves activities aimed at managing those impacts and rehabilitating existing damage.
EBS Restoration provides coastcare services to anyone with responsibility for coastal dunes and associated ecosystems such as samphire. Clients include private landholders, local councils, government, natural resource management boards and coastal friends groups. EBS Restoration staff love seeing the positive difference that their coastcare work makes.
Great examples of our coastcare work include the Semaphore Coastal Dunes project (revegetation and Dune Onion Weed (Trachyandra divariacata) control, National Tree Day and general maintenance), the LeFevre Peninsula rabbit control project, the Northern Coastal Revegetation & Boxthorn Control project, and the Port Bonython weed control project.
For examples of our work please refer to our case studies page.
