Case Studies - Myponga Reservoir Bushcare
Bushcare works have been undertaken at Myponga Reservoir for DTEI over the past three years.
The bushcare work involves sensitive weed removal of Bridal Creeper, Boneseed, South African Daisy, Pinus, Scabiosa, and Bridal Veil. The weeds are amongst some high quality native species, where spot spraying, hand pulling, cutting and swabbing are used to control the weed species.
Additionally revegetation of approximately 4,000 plants was also undertaken within the Reservoir.
